The famous Sentai Mask Rider Black got caught by our darn MMDA, who always appearing anywhere wherever in the least unexpected place. Now Battle Hopper, his living creature bike got towed and waiting for bail out unless the Sentai Hero give 'Lagay' or donation money to our MMDA.
