Going back to RH Bill issue, now the Senators it up to those this so controversial Bill. Sotoo knowing for his Anit-RH Bill activist who done a lot of Bloopers and inglorious speech, made a way to get a debate on his colleagues (of course this is a joke only... you're on a Humor site what will you expect)

My Personal Opinion.. the PH needs RH Bill... it's time to improve and educate our People and leave the old beliefs and culture. Religious belief is not enough to control the over growing Population of the country we need amendment to move forward...
